Who we are

This site is operated by Anfani Capital LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in Rwanda on 28 April 2026 under Law N° 007/2021 governing companies, with its registered office at Ibuhoro, Kibagabaga, Kimironko, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda, and an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information only, not investment advice

This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest, and nothing on it constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Anfani Capital is an angel investment firm describing how it operates and inviting applications. It is not making an offer to any person to invest in, or raise capital from, any particular instrument or scheme through this website.

Our published criteria are indicative

The investment criteria, sectors, ticket sizes, and other figures published on this site describe what we are currently looking for. They are indicative only. Publishing them is not a commitment by Anfani Capital to invest in any project that meets them, and meeting them does not guarantee a response, shortlisting, or funding.

Submitting an application

Submitting an application through this site, including via the /apply form, creates no obligation on Anfani Capital: not to review it within any particular timeframe, not to respond, and not to invest. We say plainly and fairly that no confidentiality obligation arises from submitting an application either, unless we separately agree one with you in writing. If your project summary contains sensitive information, keep that in mind before you send it, or ask us about a confidentiality agreement first.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design and layout, belongs to Anfani Capital unless otherwise credited. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

No warranty

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we make no warranty that its content is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it or from its unavailability.
