Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit anfanicapital.com or submit an application through it. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will fix it.

Who we are

Anfani Capital LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in Rwanda on 28 April 2026 under Law N° 007/2021 governing companies, with its registered office at Ibuhoro, Kibagabaga, Kimironko, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda, and an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. What the application form collects

When you apply for funding at /apply, the form asks for:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country
• Company name
• Sector (FinTech, PowerTech, AgriTech or Other)
• Stage (idea, early revenue, or profitable)
• Website (optional)
• Amount requested, in USD
• Current monthly revenue band
• Whether the business is currently profitable
• Expected exit horizon
• A written project summary
• An optional PDF attachment (an executive summary or deck)
• Your consent to this policy, confirmed with a checkbox before you can submit

We do not ask for or knowingly collect any other personal data through the form. We do not ask for ID numbers, financial account details, or payment information.

How your application is actually submitted

Pressing “Send application” sends your answers to us over an encrypted connection and stores them in our own database, hosted in the European Union. Any document you attach is stored with it in our file storage. Only members of the Anfani Capital team, signed in to our internal system, can read your application, and attached documents are opened through links that expire after one hour rather than being publicly reachable. You then receive an acknowledgement by email containing a reference and a personal link that lets you follow the progress of your application. If you would prefer to reach us without using the form, write to contact@anfanicapital.com.

The candidate space

If your project is selected to move forward, we open a private candidate space for you. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your application email, so there is no password to create or for us to hold. Inside, the team may ask you questions and request documents, and what you write and upload there, including any financial model, is stored in the same EU-hosted database and file storage as your application. Only signed-in members of the Anfani Capital team can read it. Your access lasts for a limited period the team sets, after which the sign-in link stops working; your dossier and everything you provided are kept for the retention period below regardless. You can ask us to delete them at any time, on the same basis as the rest of your application.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We collect this information to assess your project against our published investment criteria and to respond to your application. We rely on your consent as the lawful basis for processing it, which is why the form asks you to confirm your agreement before you can submit.

How long we keep it

We retain application data for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted, unless an investment relationship begins with your company, in which case the relevant records are kept for as long as that relationship, and any related legal or regulatory obligations, require.

Your rights

Under the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@anfanicapital.com. Your application and any document attached to it are held in our own database and file storage, so withdrawing consent or requesting deletion means we delete the record, the attached documents, and any copies made from them. We will do this promptly on request.

Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes standard server request logs (such as IP address and browser user agent) as part of operating and securing the infrastructure the site runs on. We do not separately collect or store this information ourselves.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, and it does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no session recording. The typefaces on this site are bundled and served from our own hosting at build time, so visiting this site does not trigger a request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. If that ever changes, we will update this section first.

Saving a part-finished application

The funding application runs over several steps, so while you are filling it in your browser keeps a copy of your answers on your own device. This is what lets you switch the site to another language, reload the page, or use the back button without losing what you have typed. It is stored in your browser's session storage rather than in a cookie, it is never sent anywhere while you are still filling the form in, and it is not used to recognise or track you.

That copy is erased when you close the tab, and as soon as you submit the application. A document you attach is never stored this way: your browser will not hand a file back after you leave the page, which is why you are asked to attach it again if you return to a part-finished form.

This site may link to external destinations we don't control. This policy covers anfanicapital.com only; once you leave our site, the privacy practices of the destination apply.

Changes to this policy

If how we collect or handle your data changes, for example if we begin using a new processor or start collecting something we do not collect today, we will update this page and its “last updated” date accordingly.
