Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit anfanicapital.com or submit an application through it. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will fix it.

Who we are

Anfani Capital LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in Rwanda on 28 April 2026 under Law N° 007/2021 governing companies, with its registered office at Ibuhoro, Kibagabaga, Kimironko, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda, and an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. What the application form collects

When you apply for funding at /apply, the form asks for:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country
• Company name
• Sector (FinTech, PowerTech, AgriTech or Other)
• Stage (idea, early revenue, or profitable)
• Website (optional)
• Amount requested, in USD
• Current monthly revenue band
• Whether the business is currently profitable
• Expected exit horizon
• A written project summary
• An optional PDF attachment (an executive summary or deck)
• Your consent to this policy, confirmed with a checkbox before you can submit

We do not ask for or knowingly collect any other personal data through the form. We do not ask for ID numbers, financial account details, or payment information.

How your application is actually submitted

We want to be direct about this: pressing “Send application by email” does not upload your application to a server we control. It opens your own device's email application with the details pre-filled, and the application is sent as a regular email to Anfani Capital, addressed to contact@anfanicapital.com. The website itself does not currently store your submission on a server. The data leaves your device only when your email app sends the message, and from that point it lives in our mailbox like any other email we receive. If we later move to a form that stores submissions directly, we will update this policy before that change goes live.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We collect this information to assess your project against our published investment criteria and to respond to your application. We rely on your consent as the lawful basis for processing it, which is why the form asks you to confirm your agreement before you can submit.

How long we keep it

We retain application data for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted, unless an investment relationship begins with your company, in which case the relevant records are kept for as long as that relationship, and any related legal or regulatory obligations, require.

Your rights

Under the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@anfanicapital.com. Because applications arrive as email rather than through a database we manage, withdrawing consent or requesting deletion means asking us to delete the relevant email and any copies we have made from it, which we will do promptly on request.

Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes standard server request logs (such as IP address and browser user agent) as part of operating and securing the infrastructure the site runs on. We do not separately collect or store this information ourselves.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, and it does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no session recording. The typefaces on this site are bundled and served from our own hosting at build time, so visiting this site does not trigger a request to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. If that ever changes, we will update this section first.

Third-party links

This site links to external destinations we don't control, such as the Executive Summary Template you can download from the application page. This policy covers anfanicapital.com only; once you leave our site, the privacy practices of the destination apply.

Changes to this policy

If how we collect or handle your data changes, for example if applications begin to be stored on a server rather than sent by email, we will update this page and its “last updated” date accordingly.
